Transcript

Slacker and the Man: We have a very special guest we are talking to right here – Luciana Carro. Did I say it right?

Luciana: Yeah, you did.

Slacker and the Man: And everybody will know her as Kat from Battlestar Galactica. And we are loving the new season, it's been awesome. What are your thoughts? It's always neat to get some of the people who play these characters to give their thoughts on it. Are you happy with where it went, toward the end?

Luciana: Well, let me tell you when they found Earth, I was so... I sat on my couch. And I already knew what's going on, but when you're watching it, it's a totally different experience. When they found Earth and everybody was celebrating, I found myself thinking "Aww man, this is so sad, I wish Kat could have been there for that."

But then they went down there and it was disgusting. And then I'm thinking "Okay, that's not so bad". Now I'm watching and I'm just like "What a mess!" I was cursing at my television and I'm glad Kat wasn't around for that because I don't think she would have wanted to see all that. It's just a mess what's going on on Galactica, everybody is killing each other, nobody trusts each other any more, it's terrible. Seelix' character made me so angry, I wanted to go "You traitor! How could you guys all go against Adama!"

Slacker and the Man: The one thing that caught me off guard the most of all the things I've seen on the show... was Dee's suicide. When she did that in ["Sometimes A Great Notion"] that was so far out of left field...

Luciana: Oh my god, yeah.

Slacker and the Man: Yeah, that was cruel.

Luciana: I knew that was gonna happen but I forgot. And while watching I was like, wow.

Slacker and the Man: Do you have any inside information on what they are actually gonna to do with Starbuck?

Luciana: Why would you want me to tell you that? You don't wanna know! I'm upset that I know, I don't wanna know!

Slacker and the Man: [laughs] Well, thank you very much for talking to us.

Luciana: The pleasure's all mine, thank you so much! Take care.
